Ku-Band, 400W BUC
The RevGo Ku-Band 400W/500W Block Upconverter (BUC) series represents the pinnacle of high-power RF engineering for advanced satellite earth stations. Leveraging highly integrated GaN and RFIC semiconductor technologies, these high-capacity BUCs deliver exceptional linearity optimized for high-order modulation schemes and high data rate satellite transmissions. Available in both 400W (56 dBm) and 500W (57 dBm) power ratings, this series guarantees elite signal efficiency with an ultra-low field failure rate of less than 0.25%.
BUC/SSPA KEY FEATURES
- Highly integrated RF technologies (RFIC and GaN)
- Designed for high volume production
- Linearity optimized for high order modulation and high data rate
- Strict quality control processes resulting in <0.25% field failure rates
