The PMAR-85B is a rugged, MIL-STD compliant marine SOTM (Satcom On The Move) antenna engineered for military and commercial vessels operating in extreme sea environments. Its advanced antenna feed enables seamless operation across GEO, MEO, LEO, and HEO orbits, delivering resilient, cost‑effective connectivity anywhere on the ocean. Superior precision comes from a proprietary closed‑loop beacon processing system, achieving near‑zero pointing error for maximum link stability even in rough seas. The 4‑axis mount eliminates the keyhole effect, ensuring uninterrupted satellite tracking when a LEO or MEO satellite passes directly overhead. Operational efficiency is enhanced by an innovative gyro‑lock mode, allowing instant re‑connection after mast or wave obstructions, minimizing downtime. Designed for longevity, sealed brushless motors and a balanced inertial system reduce wear, lower maintenance needs, and keep power consumption just a few watts above BUC requirements. The PMAR-85B brings true multi‑orbit capability to the maritime SOTM market.
