Main reflector, sub-reflector, mount assembly, back struts, and feed assembly comprise the antenna. The aluminum alloy reflector is precision formed to ensure strength and accuracy while requiring little maintenance.
The primary reflector assembly is divided into multiple parts in order to facilitate transport to remote locations and decrease the overall shipping volume. After conversion coating and painting with a highly reflective white paint, the reflector panels are completed. A mount made of hot-dipped galvanized steel ensures pointing precision, durability, and dependability. The capacity to track LEO/MEO/GEO satellites will be ensured by the S/X band feed with MONOPULSE capabilities Antenna Control Unit and Tracking Receiver.
By employing brushless motors, the standard solution tor electro-mechanics capabilities will guarantee an acceleration of up to 5° per second along the Az/El axis. The acceleration and pace of the mechanical system may be modified at the customer's discretion. A de-icing sub-system comprising a cover plenum, heated air blowers, a dedicated PDB, a DCS (De-icing control system), temperature sensors, and a snow/ice outdoor sensor may be added as an option to the antenna system
